# Recently brought home my snake plant but some of the leaves seem to…

Recently brought home my snake plant but some of the leaves seem to have splits down them. Any idea why this is happening and what I can do?

I think it was slightly under watered in the store as the leaves were drooping but seems to have perked up.

Look like it got too dry and started splitting

Hopefully a better watering schedule will fix it 🤞

But not too often maybe once a month

Don’t worry they could split by bad handling the plant, when it grows you can cut them off
