Hello! I have had this Jade plant for a few years now and have recently struggled with the plant leaning. I recently attached a grow light to it, hoping that it would bring it back to standing up straight.

Is there anything else I can be doing to help it get back to its original form?

Maybe it could use a support pole? Like a couple skewers taped together
