# I ordered these 4 succulents through the post and got them yesterday-…

I ordered these 4 succulents through the post and got them yesterday- I have pots I want to put them into but have read really conflicting advice about repotting? Some people saying to wait a week or two and others saying they do it right away with no issues!

Would really like to not kill these instantly so any guidance is welcome 😂

i do it right away! make sure the pots have drainage and the soil is also gritty and well draining. good luck!

They are tough cookies, they can handle it ..some leaves may fall ,but new succulents grow from them. Root rot is the thing to worry about with succulents so make sure your new pots have drainage

Follow your heart, plants are resilient and can handle stress just like us. So unless you do everything wrong in the repot, it won’t suffer much and will likely appreciate a new pot more than anything

I like to do it right away to check for bugs and assess the roots. However everyone has their own way. You could repot 2 and leave two for a bit and see which way works best for you.
