Potted this tiny Donkeys Tail a few weeks ago. Haven’t noticed any growth. Worried it won’t root. Any thoughts or suggestions?? First time taking a baby and trying to get it to grow.

Make sure it is receiving bright indirect light from 4-6 hours a day!!  
On the other note, these are very slow growing succulents, it takes over six years for them to grow 24 inches - patience is key here, don’t neglect him. Make sure you change out the soil one a year to provide fresh nutrition to grow.
