I’ve been trying to figure out what exactly this guy here is… I was thinking it’s a Fred Ives Graptoveria but I’m not 100%  
Anyone know what this lil guy is?!

I don't really know for sure but after looking at some pictures I think you're choice of Fred Ives looks quite possible. There are so many it's hard to tell.

Thank you!!! I’m a new succulent mom, I was able to identify the others pretty easily except this one!  
For now he’ll be a Fred Ives until he shows me otherwise lol
