Oh my gosh, whatever that really tiny succulent cluster is (stone crop?) I love it! So itty bitty!

What soil mix is that? It looks too organic and will likely retain too much water.

I used all-purpose potting mix.

That is too water retaining for succulents and cacti. You either need a dedicated cactus/succulent soil or mix this potting soil 1:1 with perlite.
