# Can anyone help me ID this cactus? It’s coming up as Gold Lace Cactus…

Can anyone help me ID this cactus? It’s coming up as Gold Lace Cactus but I don’t think this grows into “fingers” like that type, rather the clusters of round bulbs is how it grows. I could be wrong but I was certain its name was something I didn’t already have (and I do have a ladyfingers cactus).

Could it be thimble cactus?

I think you’re on the right track. This one has golden hair. Can a thimble cactus have white or golden hairs?

This is my thimble with something else that I just mixed in. They've got white hairs.

It looks like a mammaria golden lace mine were dyed red and yellow and after a year are finally putting out white balls

Ok went back to store I got it to see if they had others. They did. It is called Rebutia “Pink Sensation”. Myth busted. 😮‍💨
