I found it like this after his long winter nap. Are we worried about this or is he gonna make a comeback?! Google doesn’t seem to understand my question when I try to explain the situation here and I honestly didn’t think he’d survive the winter so now I’m a little lost.

It looks to me like the outer plant is ok. There was an inner baby coming through that has dried out and died. The rest of the plant will probably continue to be ok and might make a new baby this spring or next spring. It’s a good feature of lithops that in a dry period they can sacrifice the plantlets and preserve the parent plant, instead of the whole plant suffering. They’re tough little buggers.
