It’s hard to tell from the photo on Planta, but you’ve got a stemocactus multicostatus, or brain cactus. Here’s the link to the ID link for it, but if the link doesn’t work, just type “brain cactus” into the ID search section.

Ok, so these are the closest ones I could find on Planta to compare yours to. It’s possible yours is a specific hybrid or cultivar that isn’t available on the app yet, so if that’s the case, one of these should be close enough in care information to use for yours.

Stenocactus multicostatus (pink in picture)

Echinofossulocactus Pentacanthus (white)
