My frizzle sizzle has gone bananas. Is this normal? I haven’t had this plant very long.

I’d get that plant just for the name! Nevermind that it looks like a perfect sculpture. 😳😉

I don't have one personally, but I think the curls straighten out if it's not getting enough light. It needs full sun (or the grow light equivalent) to stay curly

I’ve got it under a grow light…I think the straight leaves are actually new growth.

New growth not being curly is a big sign that it's not getting enough light. Your grow light might not be bright enough or the plant is too far away from the light
