# ummm, I think lil' herbert isn't getting much better... the photos…

ummm, I think lil' herbert isn't getting much better...  
the photos are at the start of him being sick, the middle, and then right now...  
i've water him a lot, given him more light, plucked off his babies, and tried to just let him do his thing, but i don't think it's helpinggg  
what should i doooo 😭😭😭

definitely stop watering it my friend! cactus never want to be watered a lot especially in a plastic pot — just leave him alone in a sunny spot!!

Yes, seconding what eatyacarbs said. I’m pretty sure in previous posts most people recommend to not water often too. He could probably go with being watered once a month or even less. His soil should be entirely dry before he’s watered again

yea, since you guys said that last time I haven't been watering except for the new little roots of the babies, but I'll make sure now to not water him
