I’m 95% sure it’s the opposite cause it became like this after watering

There’s a lot of YouTube videos on how to break apart succulent arrangements and revive them depending on over or under watering.

I just propagated one in sphagnum moss

I would take them all out and assess the damage. You could plant them in a well drained succulent soil (with sand and perlite) and they’d grow big and strong. OR you could remove the petals and try to propagate. The healthy stems should also grow new leaves if in the right home (pot, sunlight, etc.)

lots of them look perfectly healthy, though the soil may be too dense. i’d recommend repotting in a coarse mix like chrissy mentioned; i use pumice and perlite in my potting mix for succulents. if it’s freezing cold where you live still it’s better to wait for a warm day to repot so you don’t stress your plants
