Not going to pretend to be an expert but I saw this on mu desert rose ended up being fungus I think due to mold. When I repotted no root rot or anything but I noticed the whiteish mold cause I packed the soil to tight on the side held moisture… indoors etc. repotted with new soil monitoring progress on mine now.
