hi! just got my first succulent and confused about the watering process. this plant is in a black plastic container, with drainage holes, which is inside a terracotta pot with no drainage holes. planta is saying that i should water it until water comes out the drainage holes, but i was wondering if i need to do that with the terracotta? would it soak it up?

I’d just pull the little black pot out of the terracotta, water, let it drain into something (could be the terracotta pot), dump that, and put the little black pot back in

Put in the terracotta with new soil heavy on the pumice
