Help! My purple desert rose is very wrinkled despite having regular watering when needed, absolutely no signs of root rot and placed in an east facing window, I have no clue why its all shriveled up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Put it in a small shallow terracotta pot with drainage hole, use cactus soil with a mix of sand and perlite, they normally have small fibrous roots. Water once repotted. Add cactus fertilizer slow release.
