Should I take her out and trim off the ones that are browning?  
Or just leave her be?  
She does have healthy ones coming out the middle

I know she's not looking her best but I will be leaving her for now until she gets better with the new leaf. Might consider giving her more light to strenghten her up more. She looks dehydrated?
