# Y’all help! I can’t figure out what’s wrong with my string of pearls…

Y’all help! I can’t figure out what’s wrong with my string of pearls …..the ends are growing and there’s always new pearls sprouting but the inner part by the soil use to be SO full and now they’re all shriveling away - is this normal!?! I’m new to pearls :’)

Might be too much water. The windows or lil slits on the pearls are all the way open so that means it won’t need more until they are closed or not visible. Bright indirect light on top of the plant helps too

Yours looks wayyy better than mine. At the ends they are so small they look like a dot. 😅🤦‍♀️

A video I watched the other day said to absolutely submerge it every few months and leave it alone. Like the person above said, don't water it again until those slits are closed.
