I think I had a bit of PTSD because here was my Jade tree that was taken in a family drama ordeal. This one was about 15-20 years old.

It could also be a really, really leggy echevaria

Looks like a ghost plant to me - I've never had success growing these for long, but I still have propagates of propagates of one my husband got from a student about 4 years ago lol
