# I repotted my Aloe little over a year ago because the pot was too…

I repotted my Aloe little over a year ago because the pot was too tall and too deep, creating rot and gnats. I thought going shallow and wider might be the answer but now I’m wondering if I need to repot it again. Had this little baby since 2015. Any suggestions would be great!

Your aloe looks healthy to me but I’m no expert.  
There’s lots of information about what pots and soil they like on Google but they generally like terracotta pots that are wider, rather than deeper.

Looks great! I wouldn’t change the pot. These don’t mind being root bound! As long as the soil it well draining I’d leave her and fertilize periodically if you aren’t already

Looks perfectly healthy. If the gnats are what’s bothering u, I put those two sided gnat traps on my plants or diatomaceous earth or even a little cinnamon to at least prevent the kind of environment they’re attracted to.
