I have several Jade plants, so I’ve definitely seen that too 🙋🏻‍♂️ they can be very temperamental. The advice I’ve seen, if you’re looking for it, is not to overwater them, i.e. make sure their in a pot with soil that both have pretty good drainage

Try pruning. Jade plants love to be pruned and then you can create a new plant. Cut it on the stem. Also Jade plants don’t do well in bright direct sun too long though they do require a lot of light. I bottom water my Jade but I let it dry out completely before watering

Question - when you say cut it on the stem what does that mean?

Look on you tube videos —there’s tons of videos on taking care of jade plants and how to prune it or propagate it to make a new plant.

I wouldn’t be too worried, My jade, Aslan, is 30 years old and it’s common for them to lose a leaf or two. From your photo, it looks like only one has shriveled, but if it’s been happening a lot then maybe consider if it’s near any air vents, air conditioners, heaters, drafts from the window or proximity to a door, etc. Mine used to do that a lot when it was in a spot that was near the heater and above an air vent. When I moved and put it in the brightest window in my house it perked up and since moving I haven’t had any issues with him for 7 years now since moving him from any vents or heaters.

My biggest tip (as scary as it may sound) is to neglect them. Take the dried up leaves off and ones that’ve fallen into the planter, of course, but the easiest way to kill this guy is to overwater him. This might sound insane, but I water mine about five times a year max. That definitely isn’t for every plant, even succulents, but my point is that sometimes less is more. Mine absolutely thrives on neglect and tends to reward me with new growth in the summer if I keep him in a sunny spot and hardly water him, but that’s my plant. I’d say let your soil completely dry out between waterings, and even then, wait to water until the growth is stagnant and no new leaves are growing or if the only new leaves forming are shriveling like you noted.
