Could be water or light…

Does this pot have drainage? I see you have it marked in planta as terracotta, but because it’s decorated (very pretty!), it probably doesn’t wick moisture away as well. Maybe try marking the pot as ceramic to adjust the watering more accurately. Aloe don’t need huge pots. Their roots aren’t super big. It could be that the roots aren’t big enough to suck up all the water. But with it not looking like root rot, the size pot might be fine. 😊 I would strongly suggest you poke a chopstick (or something similar) into the soil before you water to check if the bottom is totally dry yet. If not, snooze planta for 2 days. I usually don’t have to water mine when it says. Mine is in a big pot (it’s a big plant) with other plants to help suck up the excess moisture. Make sure you don’t water it until the water is totally dry. And you could even wait a few days after that. Since they store water in their leaves, they don’t need to store water in the dirt.

It might just need more light to flourish. Although as you see, it can stay alive with less light, aloe does prefer full sun. Mine is on a porch edge with morning sun, so not full sun, and doing great. But it looks like yours is indoors, and that might just be too low of light. If you could move it to a window with more light, or to a partially shady place outside, that might help. Or put it under a grow light if you have one. Just don’t take it straight outside to a full sun spot as that will burn it. You have to move plants into more sun gradually.

It looks like you are doing a good job taking care of it, it just might need a little boost. I don’t see stretching so that’s a good sign!
