Overwatering?  
I’ve always associated yellowing as overwatering, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what’s going wrong here. Possible root rot? How does one deal with root rot in cacti? Fernando is the one plant I have had the longest. I recall when he was just a tiny ball. Advice?
