# EEK! I’m so excited…my cactus got little fuzzy bumps last year, but…

EEK! I’m so excited…my cactus got little fuzzy bumps last year, but never fully flowered. This past week has been CRAZY to see the transformation actually happen. The pictures are from Tues the 22nd, Wed the 23rd, Thurs the 24th and then tonight (the 27th). I think if I did my research right, the flowers will only bloom for a short while, so I’ll have to look into what to do after they are done blooming.

To me it looks like hairy asparagus lol. To each their own! I feel like everyone has their own plant aesthetic

This was definitely one that shocked me when I brought it home 😂 I had no idea this was what would happen after I had it for a couple years. I do agree though, the stalks are pretty unsettling

after the flower blooms and starts wilting, i would chop it off. so excited to see it fully bloomed!!
