Hey guys, I can’t tell how to help my cactus! I’m thinking of repotting it but I’m not sure how. I’ve also been seeing a bit of miss coloration. Any ideas?

That looks like a potential mineral deposit- are you watering with tap/ unfiltered water? But i don’t think it’s a serious issue! And your cactus looks like it’s in a good sized pot for its size- so I wouldn’t worry about repotting yet! But I’m not a huge cactus expert!

Okay!! I do use tap, not sure if I should use filtered or not 😅

I’m not 100% sure but this could be cochineal scale?

Okay, I looked it up and I think you’re right. Do you have any ideas for how to treat that?

The white could also be mealybugs, I’m not sure though
