What is the name of the round cactus in the back right corner with the spikes? How do I get it to reflower?

That one I got as a gift without a tag so I don’t know the name of it, so sorry!

A lot of these I’ve found at my local Home Depot, I love going on the hunt for cacti ! 🤭

I’m terrible with succulents but I’m learning. I’ve seen them at Home Depot too, so cute 🥰
