Looks like it might be a variety of aloe!

No it’s an agave not an aloe and you can tell by the spines and colored tips on the leaves.

Oh all my aloes have spines too if I don’t water them enough

I meant that spines of agaves and aloes are not the same, agaves have much bigger meaner looking spines than aloes and have that distinctive spike on the end of the leaf and the leaves are much flatter than aloes. So the plants above are agaves due to how flat their leaves are and they have the distinctive spines and spike on the leaf tip of an agave. Also its new leaves are coming out of a cone like structure in the center which aloes don’t.

Thanks for the long explanation 👍🏼 I’m a visual person so I looked up “distinctive spike agave” and can see the little spikes in the pic now
