It looks as though it's growing tall searching for light - could be worth repositioning to a sunnier spot?

Is that a crinkle leaf plant? Hard to tell. If so, they like sun, or a very bright grow light. Also pot is too big and too organic. Need high quality, high grit succulent/cactus soil.

Jade so put in well draining soil that doesn’t retain water
