# Does anyone know what this guy is? He’s the weirdest cactus I’ve…

Does anyone know what this guy is? He’s the weirdest cactus I’ve seen! He was my first plant so he went through some trials of learning but the growth was about a year from the first picture to the last. I got him at a flea market that marketed him as a pettable cactus. He got sunburnt from being in too direct of light a few months ago but now the very end of him is bulging! He had a little cactus pop off of him that also had the bulge at the end but I have cut it off to propagate.

Not sure the type, but in Arizona they pop up in the oddest places. I had 2 self propagate in an old bird bath!

That’s what ive been thinking too it’s just super small compared to most. Maybe it elongated and got long and skinny because of lack of light and is now growing per usual and thats why it’s bulging?
