How do you manage to grow roots??? I am trying so hard but my succulent propagations don’t want to grow roots!!

I honestly don’t know how they’ve been so successful! I’ve basically neglected them - I let them callous over for a couple days and then placed them on top of some soil, put them on a south facing windowsill and barely ever spray them with water🫣 they seem to love neglect!  
This progress is literally just 6-8 weeks since I pulled the leaves off, I’m surprised how well they’ve grown in such little time!

On another note, my sedum propagation hasn’t grown as much as the others in 8 weeks but it’s still grown roots!

Wow congrats!! I’m still waiting for my Opalina to root or bud ☺️
