Help! Does anyone know much about domino cacti? Is this too far gone to save? I just transplanted it \& checked the roots..they were dry. Planta said I under-watered it, which I assume is correct. Thanks!

Yellow and mushy spots are signs of overwatering. Cacti don’t need much water, so try watering every 2–3 weeks instead. If you’re not already using cactus and succulent soil, I recommend switching to that and adding extra perlite, it makes a big difference!

Thank-you! And yes, I just replanted in a cactus mix and added extra perlite for drainage. I will try watering every 2-3 weeks.

Althiugh it is a little weird as the fuzzy things are signs of it trying to flower and if its trying to flower its happy...
