This one stem/leaf is droopy. Also starting to turn brown and dry. I’m new to these. Looking for recommendations, do I cut it off, or leave it alone?

Snip it. It's been damaged somehow and will not heal. It is basically using resources the healthy plant parts need. Cut it close to the stem. Most plants will develop new growth.

It received damaged when I brought it home. That was my fault. I will cut it. Thanks!
