Cut off all the dead leaves, then keep to your water and fertilizing schedule!

Yes, clean it up. Give proper care-succulent/cactus soil, water when dry, and lots of light. Also their roots are very shallow so keep that in mind if repotting.

I had this result when I first got mine. I had the mindset that watering is key. Not so much with pearls. They love a dryer soil and bottom watering. Be sure you have succulent soil. You can save her🫠
