Appreciation to Planta for adding Pink Nymph to your species DB a while back. Here she is.

Mammillaria elongata “Pink Nymph” in bloom. I have not given the elongatas much love because they’re, to be honest, not very exciting. To be more honest, I couldn’t figure out what they wanted for light.

ps This one is on a shelf with a moderately strong light all day.

pps I do endorse this light in place of a Mars Hydro or other 100 watt+ big-coverage lights. I have non-science-based insights around it, but it’s basically just not as harsh. Those are also “results” based on using a huge light in a small space. Too much muscle ha.

ppps I would like a job where I test grow lights all day.
