Im worried about my zebra plant, but at the same time I’m not, the brown spots at the bottom concern me, but the light green ones at the top kind of look like new growth, but I could be totally wrong, so I’m wondering if it’s ok.

Are the brown parts softer than the rest of the plant?

When I went to see if they were soft, I noticed that it looked like it was some kind of dirt or something and then I wiped it off with my finger and some water, so I guess it was dirt or something.

Sounds like a mild case of dirt, possibly. 🤣
