Hello. I’ve had my rosebud Kalanchoe for a year. And I’m not sure why it’s not growing. Or I don’t know how. Do I give up on it? What do I do? I want to save him.

Oh I’d also like to mention, he gets full sunlight, watered every 1-2 weeks. That’s what I was instructed to do. Any tips or advice would help.
