It looks like it might be some sort of really leggy echeveria

Haha I have an Echeveria like this too. It’s to the left of the bench in my succulent garden. When it gets bald on the bottom, I just bury it a little further in the soil to cover it up. Believe me, the plant is much longer than it looks under the soil lol. Giving it more light will also help. Either put it in a south facing window or under a grow light.
