# I need a little advice about this guy- he was beautiful November 29…

I need a little advice about this guy- he was beautiful November 29 and now he’s drying out after putting out his new leaves, a few days later we were seeing thrips on his neighbors so I dusted him with DE and sprinkled some systemic on his soil and watered. And I might have put him in a shader spot 😱😩🥹  
I must have had too much espresso that day 🧐🤩

Mine wrinkles like that when it needs water! It always gets better after I water it. Did that help yours at all?

I moved it back to the lamp it likes and bottom watered. It soaked up a lot of water so it was probably too dry. It’s been hard to know what is normal for a plant I’ve never seen before. It’s got some leaves that dried out from the bottom, I’m hoping that’s normal. Thanks so much for your help 😊

I think it’s looking a little better. I finally took the time to read up on this plant so I can understand it better.

The plant looks similar to mine, which is Moonglow and part of the Crassula family, at least that’s what the card I got it with says.
