I’m finding it hard to research how much lux for a sun loving succulent/cactus needs. The lux measured for the one the light is directly on top of is about 30,000. Is this appropriate?
Google says 3,000 is the minimum for cacti to grow, but it says elsewhere that sun-loving cacti and sucs want to be 30,000-35,000.

What do you all think? I don’t want to hurt my babies.

Based on your second and third sentences, I think you’re confusing and combining lumens with foot candles. As was mentioned, Lumens will have a number in the ten thousands, and the foot candle reading is generally add a zero. Right now in a darkened room, I show 180 lumens and 17.5 foot candles.

Also, I have a couple of those lights, and I love them. I wish the replacement bulbs weren’t so expensive.
