# Just picked up an Aloe and Red Dragon Flower. Does anyone have care…

Just picked up an Aloe and Red Dragon Flower. Does anyone have care tips for the RDF? Also, if someone could specify the type of aloe that would be great.  
Any input appreciated!!

I nicknamed mine Soft Spikey 😁. Treat him like you would a cactus - be careful not to overwater. Be sure he’s in a well-draining soil, and let him dry out between waterings. Mine blooms almost all year! They’re so beautiful.

Interesting! Well, 🤷🏻‍♀️ - I guess try out some different things and see how it responds! You could also look online. Here’s mine!

If you enter it on the Planta app, you will have a good guideline for its needs. I keep mine on the dry side.
