# Any thoughts on what type of cactus this is? I was told it is a…

Any thoughts on what type of cactus this is?  
I was told it is a Peanut cactus but the spines are not too soft and they are golden. It also doesn’t seem as thick as a peanut cactus but it’s not thin enough to be a Rattail cactus. Hand for size reference. So confused! 🤔

Side note: I know he’s looking a bit rough. He got knocked over yesterday and needs some TLC.
