It’s my first winter with my plants here in Central Texas. All of my cacti and succulents have been outside this whole time in pots. At what point do I need to cover them or bring them inside? It gets down to the low 40s at night and has been kind of rainy recently.

I’m in north Texas. I bring in the sensitive plants when night temps get into the 40s.

The hardier plants I’ll leave out unless it freezes.

I’d bring them in. Anything below 40 is no bueno, especially if they’re wet.
