My echeveria is getting all spindly! Can anyone iD what it is? It’s in an E/SEfacing window so not sure how to give it more light!!

Looks like you have an echeveria Olivia —\& looks like it’s not getting enough light \& water, with dried leaves below.  
Try a new ‘direct light’ location, if possible. Also make sure it’s watered thoroughly \& water is not just running down the sides \& out the bottom.  
Poke a stick into soil to make sure, it won’t hurt it. Good luck!
