Seeing two together makes me want a fleet. Note, I need to resubmit to have this one added to the Planta DB :)

These grow in Brazil and require some misting on hot days. Honestly, that is about all I know haha. I had potted my first one in some moisture-wicking Vermiculite (it keeps the pot a little humid, and it heats up during the day, Too much vermiculite also leeched the moisture my tall green dudes. It was an experiment I corrected after a month.

Yes, exactly. I hadn’t put that together yet. From the top, there is also a hairy spider leg thing going on. It makes it look venomous.

Where do you get your succulents?

I got these two from Mountain Crest Gardens (two diff occasions), a few big ones from local Classifieds, and there is a boutique shop (Cactus and Tropicals) that gets in lots of the African succulents. I got my two Astrophytum from a plant swap.

The majority are Home Depot, some IKEA, and lately I am finding them in grocery stores. I sniff them out ha.

Another one from the same place where I buy food. This rack has remained this full for two months. I keep waiting for them to drop to $2. One interesting thing is that all these get overhead store lighting, and nothing else (I asked).
