Bought this cactus today and I’m not sure what it’s called. Does anyone know. Also does anyone know what the brown spots are from or what they are. I hope it doesn’t have pests :(

I don’t know what cactus it is but the brown spots look to me like just damage from getting bumped or stabbed by other cactus it was near.
