# What does “water with fertilizer” actually mean? It’s telling me to…

What does “water with fertilizer” actually mean? It’s telling me to do both? Do one? I shouldn’t add fertilizer without some water?

Yeah, unless you’re using something like granules or sticks that go in the soil. I think there’s a setting for that somewhere… But yeah, if it’s not a liquid fertilizer like Autumn explained, just water then

I started using a soil mix with slow releasing organic fertiliser (in the form of worm casings), it’s way easier not having to worry about fertilising and the plants are noticeably happier! Consistently seeing new leaves every 2-3 weeks for most of them.

I just use the basic liquid squirt stuff That’s what was confusing me in the use of it with water. Thank you
