Once they did they’ve gone crazy! Unless you are seeing other signs of problems (watering issues, fertilizing. pests, Etc) just be patient. Couple tips with these guys: Try to only bottom water (they have a very fine root system that can be damaged by top watering) Only water once their leaves “taco” when you gently squeeze them. If they fold easily time to water, if not then don’t! #### GreenLeafさんが2023-10-19に返信しました This is mine 6 months apart. This is after I almost completely killed it, I propagate in sphagnum moss and potted into soil. I have my schedule custom set to every 2 weeks and it seems to be pretty accurate for when my leaves start to soften. I always check them a few days early and sometimes they can wait and sometimes they’re ready for a drink. ### Cherrybergherさんが2023-10-19にコメントしました Treat it like a succulent. Lots of light (grow light even). Water it as often as your succulents and plant it in the same soil mix (with extra perlite for drainage) that you use on your succulents. #### Miaさんが2023-10-20に返信しました I'm thinking that maybe I need to make the soil more gritty ### Plant Fatherさんが2023-10-20にコメントしました the only struggle i’ve had with string of hearts is in the soil mixture. now i use a very gritty mixture (80% ish drainage material) and have had significantly less issues with watering. like cherry and greenleaf suggested treating these plants like succulents will really help them thrive #### Miaさんが2023-10-20に返信しました Ok, thanks. I'm just hoping roots grow on my cuttings as I had them in water and they were doing great so I potted them but they didn't take to the soil so I had no choice but to plant them all and hope... also some of them have started to turn red ish but it isn't because of the sun because it hasn't been sunny recently #### GreenLeafさんが2023-10-24に返信しました If its reddish on the underside of the leaves thats totally normal!
