This baby (to the left) is struggling and I’m not sure why. The top looks relatively healthy, the bottom is struggling. The lower leaves feel squishy and look like they want to fall off. What can I do to add nutrients possibly and help her grow stronger?

It looks like it needs more light

Take off any mushy leaves.. and check for root rot. It doesn’t look like it has root rot at all to me.. but beings you said some are mushy.. wouldn’t hurt to check the roots.

It seems like you may be overwatering your plant and giving it too little light. Move your succulent to a place with more light and try to only water it when the entire soil body is dry
