Any tips for keeping this guy as healthy and happy as possible? The pot behind it is for props, but not popping off right now 🧐🧐

Lots of sunshine and good air flow. Beautiful 😍

as fast draining of a soil as possible and a lot of direct light, im definitely not a professional with succulents but with mine trimming them has helped a lot especially when they get kind of stretched like the ones on the right and maybe spreading them out into separate pots so they have room to grow if possible

They need some water, the leaves are starting to wrinkle up
