5 Chainz - soon to be 6 Chainz - is a plant that called to me from out of a corner at a local seller’s house. However, it seemed too tall, and I had way too much tall.

I changed my mind a few months later when the same seller resurfaced (I have her number now, so no more wondering if I should mail her a letter of cactus inquiry).

The simplicity of “design” in these stacking type Opuntia kills me. There are no frills, just understated beauty a simple mission. I’m always under the impression that plants are teaching me to slow down. 5 Chainz says, “One link at a time.”
