Rotting? My Echeverría isn’t looking so hot. I’m pretty sure it’s been overwatered but idk if it’s past the point of saving?

Remove it, let it dry out for a couple days, might have to trim the stem and or lower leaves, repot in succulent mix in a liner pot so that it has drainage. Water only when bone dry. The planta watering schedule should be used as a reminder not a rule. I bet you can save it. Oh, and maybe get a moisture meter. I got one and it’s a game changer for all my plant watering.
